Aspen Creek Designer Homes is a boutique custom home builder who builds designer homes that are not only beautiful but are exceptionally well-built! We are proud to be building estate homes in the communities of Monterra, Pinnacle and Goldwyn; and we build semi-estate homes in the community of Sunset Ridge.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in driving our marketing efforts to new heights.

About the Opportunity:


Reporting to the Director, Sales and Marketing as the Marketing Coordinator you will be an integral part of our Sales and Marketing team. Your primary responsibility will be to execute various marketing activities, enhance brand visibility, and create memorable experiences for our potential buyers. This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week from our office, with some time dedicated to special events outside regular business hours.

Your Day-today Responsibilities will include:



Brand Ambassadorship:

As the face of ACDH and Oakstone Homes, you will maximize brand exposure through effective marketing strategies across all channels. Your dedication to ensuring professional and consistent branding will contribute significantly to our brand's success.

Showhome Excellence:

You will continuously enhance the client experience at our showhomes and maintain consistent branding throughout all locations. From ensuring the placement of captivating showhome signage to delivering an exceptional onboarding experience, you will be at the forefront of making our showhomes stand out.

Weekend Marketing Initiatives:

On weekends, you'll be in charge of executing engaging marketing activities that drive prospects into our showhomes. From creating captivating social media posts to organizing events, your innovative ideas will attract potential buyers and elevate our brand.

Showhome Image:

Collaborating with our design team, you will help set up new showhome locations from a marketing perspective. Your keen eye for detail and brand consistency will ensure all showhomes align with ACDH standards and leave a lasting impression on visitors.

Technology Advancement:

Embrace technology to enhance our marketing efforts. From curating an inviting playlist at showhomes to designing and updating TV messaging, you'll use technology to create an atmosphere that encourages purchasing behavior.

Signage Management:

Coordinate the placement and maintenance of signage across properties, ensuring clear indications of Aspen Creek's presence. Your eye for visibility and professionalism will optimize our signage impact.

Print and Online Marketing:

From designing captivating inserts to managing website content, you'll play a pivotal role in creating engaging marketing materials that reflect our brand's essence.

Social Media Wizardry:

Manage our social media accounts, curating and posting engaging content via Hootsuite. From Instagram to YouTube, your social media prowess will elevate our online presence and connect with our audience.

Email Marketing & Event Coordination:

Execute email marketing campaigns and coordinate various events, ensuring we stay connected with our audience and foster meaningful relationships.

Essential Requirements to succeed as an Area Sales Manager:



A minimum of 3 years experience in a Marketing role is required. A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or related field is preferred. Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Canva) and marketing tools (e.g., Hootsuite). Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle. A solid understanding of branding and marketing principles. Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills. A creative thinker with an eye for detail and a passion for delivering impactful marketing experiences.

Working Conditions:



The working conditions offer a dynamic and collaborative environment, with occasional travel to different showhome locations or events.

You will primarily work from the office during regular business hours; However, occasional event coordination and property visits may occur outside regular office hours.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,213.48-$66,600.83 per year
