The CWC is currently accepting applications for the position of
Marketing Coordinator
. Reporting to the Marketing & Communications Manager, the Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the development and execution of Club-wide marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This includes creating compelling print and digital assets, supporting internal campaigns, and ensuring brand consistency throughout all materials.
Key Accountabilities
Design and produce engaging marketing materials across print, digital, and social platforms in alignment with the Club's brand standards
Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns and member communications
Assist in content creation for Club newsletters, social media, website, and in-house digital displays
Coordinate and schedule social media posts, and monitor engagement metrics
Collaborate with departments across the Club to fulfill marketing requests and maintain timelines
Manage and organize digital assets, and ensure up-to-date templates and files are accessible
Contribute to ongoing refinement of marketing strategy through research, feedback, and analytics
Skills & Qualifications
Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
Post-secondary education in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator at minimum) and Canva
Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality graphic design work across multiple media
Experience working with digital and social media platforms in a marketing or communications capacity
