Marketing Coordinator

What You'll Do:




Social Media & Community:

Create and schedule content, engage followers, and grow our online presence.

Email Marketing:

Help design and run newsletters that deliver real value to clients and prospects.

Content Creation:

Write blog posts, draft copy, and collaborate with partners to tell our story.

Light Design Work:

Use tools like Canva or Adobe Express to create visuals for campaigns.

Video Projects:

Record and edit short, engaging videos for web and social channels.

HubSpot (CRM) Support:

Manage campaigns, workflows, sequences, and reporting inside a leading marketing platform.

Website Updates:

Keep our site fresh and aligned with marketing goals.

Metrics & Insights:

Track performance, share results, and help us learn what's working.



What We're Looking For




1-3 years of marketing or digital content experience (internships count!) A "get things done" attitude and willingness to take initiative Creativity and a love for testing new ideas Curiosity about marketing trends, tools, and AI-driven strategies Basic design, photo, or video editing skills (bonus points if you've used Canva, Adobe, or CapCut). Familiarity with HubSpot or another CRM is a plus, but not required. Comfort working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
