What You'll Do

As our Marketing Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our brand's voice and visual identity. Your day-to-day will include:


Crafting and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that turn heads and drive engagement. Designing eye-catching graphics for digital and print that reflect our brand's personality. Creating compelling content for social media, email newsletters, and blog posts. Supporting unforgettable events--from community launches to show home openings. Keeping our marketing materials fresh, relevant, and on-brand. Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution. Tracking campaign performance and sharing insights that help us grow smarter.

Qualifications

A diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 1+ years of hands-on marketing experience. Strong communication skills and a flair for storytelling. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator). A keen eye for detail and a knack for organization. The ability to juggle multiple projects with confidence and independence. Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle to commute to showhomes when necessary This role will require occasional weekend availability for showhome events
