Position Summary:
We are seeking a creative, organized, and highly motivated
Marketing Coordinator
to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about branding and design, and has hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media, and content creation. You will work closely with departments such as graphics, sales, production, and project management to ensure alignment across campaigns and business goals.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional advertising channels
Create, schedule, and manage content on social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and LinkedIn
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and opportunities
Manage and update content on the company's WordPress website to ensure accuracy, clarity, and engagement or work with our developers
Collaborate with product management and sales teams to align marketing strategies with product launches and service offerings
Support budgeting efforts by tracking marketing-related expenses and ensuring alignment with approved budgets
Create visually compelling graphics and marketing collateral using Adobe Creative Suite for social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials or work with our graphics department
Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, and recommend optimizations based on data
Coordinate with external vendors, advertising platforms, and event partners to support campaign execution and visibility initiatives
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a marketing role
Proficiency in WordPress for website content management
Strong research skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
Working knowledge of digital marketing tactics including SEO/SEM, email marketing, and paid social media campaigns
Familiarity with e-commerce marketing or online promotional strategies
Solid understanding of budgeting processes and financial tracking for marketing campaigns
Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create marketing content
Proficient in Google Workspace and Google Analytics, with the ability to measure and report on marketing performance
Ability to work cross-functionally with graphics, sales, production, and project management teams to align messaging and timelines
