Marketing Coordinator - JLL



What this job involves:



The Marketing Coordinator supports Metropolis at Metrotown's marketing program by effectively implementing JLL's marketing pillars (Leasing, Sales, and Revenue), tools, and core practices to drive results and meet client expectations. This individual will assist in executing in-mall marketing activities and provides operational support to the marketing department while ensuring seamless implementation of the property marketing plan.



What your day-to-day will look like:



Collaborate with marketing team to implement property marketing plan strategies



Oversee digital assets including mall website, digital screen content, and social media content creation



Participate in all phases of events and programs, from planning to post-event analysis



Manage logistics for all in-mall campaigns including installations, load-in/out, print production, site setup, and brand ambassadors



Support retailers with store openings, moves, closings, and authorized special events



Support Guest Services with the Gift Card program and assist with customer feedback



Procure supplies and promotional goods for marketing initiatives



Draft communications and documentation related to marketing activities



Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned



Required Qualifications:



Degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience in marketing, events, retail, digital marketing, or advertising.



3-5 years of relevant professional experience.



Strong organizational and event coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and independently.



Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure, maintaining accuracy and quality.



Technologically savvy and resourceful, with experience in content creation for digital platforms, including web and social media.



Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Google Analytics, Adobe, and Canva.



Excellent written and oral communication skills



Skilled storyteller with persuasive abilities.



Professional judgment, strong work ethic, and a results-driven attitude.



Drive to exceed expectations and continuously improve.



Strong interest in customer service and dedication to task execution.



Collaborative and team-oriented with a positive attitude, sense of humor, and resilience.



Excellent interpersonal skills for working with peers, management, contractors, and support teams.



Attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement.



Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.



Shopping center experience preferred but not required.



Requirements & Conditions?:



Conduct regular mall walk-throughs to maintain marketing signage and installations.



Flexible to work weekends and evenings as needed.
