- Must have at least 2-3 years of marketing experience - preferably in real estate, residential construction, architecture, interior design, etc. but not mandatory
- Must be creative - they are looking for someone who can work on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook campaigns
- Strong Photoshop, Canva, etc.
- Perfect communication and presentation skills
