Brock Dining Services is looking for a creative, energetic, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team! If you love all things social media, enjoy designing in Canva, get excited about campus events, and want to help shape the dining experience for thousands of Brock students, this role is for you.



As part of our Marketing team, you'll support day-to-day marketing operations across campus dining locations, bring fresh ideas to life, and help us connect with the Brock community in fun and meaningful ways.

Annual Salary:




$45,000 - $50,000 + Benefits and Pension options

Job Responsibilities

Create social media and content or Instagram and TikTok for Brock dining services Capture food photography, video content, support social campaigns and student inititiaves Use Canva to design campus signage, posters, digital screens, displays and event materials Create eye-catching template for managers to provide consistent signage across all locations Assist in planning and executing dining hall events such as pop-ups, tastings, contests, etc. Work closely with student leaders and campus partners to promote events Establish positive relationships with students, staff, operations teams and campus partners Gather student feedback, work with Marketing Manager to support campus events Support Catering, Retail and Residential Dining teams with marketing needs

Qualifications

Post-secondary diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design is preferred Strong experience using Canva or similar design tool and comfortable creating social content Photography or video editing experience and knowledge of social media trends and content Experience with event coordination, hospitality or student programming is an asset Excellent communication, organization and multi-task ability is required Enthusiasm for campus life, students, food, events and willing to appear in content as required Ability to work occasional weekends and evenings to support campus events A valid driver's license is preferred
