PCe Solutions, a growing Managed IT Services Provider (MSP) in Calgary, is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives on execution, and wants to play a key role in shaping our marketing strategy and digital presence.
About the Role
As our Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for executing and managing the day-to-day marketing activities that help us reach and support local Calgary businesses. You will work closely with leadership and external specialists (SEO, paid ads, content writers) to create content, manage our website, optimize our digital visibility, and support our sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Website & SEO Support
- Update content on our website (WordPress)
- Assist with on-page SEO (metadata, keywords, site structure)
- Coordinate SEO recommendations with our external consultant
- Monitor rankings and performance metrics
Content Coordination
- Manage the content calendar
- Work with freelance writers to produce two monthly blog posts
- Interview clients and help develop case studies
- Publish, format, and optimize all web content
Local Marketing & Reputation Management
- Maintain and optimize our Google Business Profile
- Ensure directory and business listings are accurate
- Help gather customer reviews and testimonials
Analytics & Reporting
- Track website traffic, rankings, and lead performance
- Maintain dashboards and report key metrics monthly
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data
Campaigns & Lead Generation
- Support paid ad initiatives with landing pages and tracking
- Assist with email campaigns, newsletters, and nurture sequences
- Help develop marketing assets such as guides, checklists and visuals
Vendor Coordination
- Collaborate with our SEO and PPC consultants
- Coordinate with designers and writers as needed
- Review deliverables for quality and accuracy
What We're Looking For
Required:
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing (B2B or technology preferred)
- Experience updating and managing website content (WordPress ideal)
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Comfort working with writers, designers, or agencies
- Familiarity with SEO fundamentals
- Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, or similar tools
- Excellent written communication skills
Bonus Skills:
- Experience in IT, MSP, SaaS or cybersecurity marketing
- Basic design skills using Canva, Figma, or similar tools
- Experience with Google Ads or LinkedIn Ads
- Knowledge of content strategy or keyword research tools
