Brimich is a family owned and operated 3PL & warehousing company. We are a growing organization and currently looking for a Marketing & Branding Coordinator to join our winning team in Brantford and help our business grow and improve.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for and contributing to producing, coordinating, managing, distributing and collecting information about Brimich to effectively promote the business. This individual will overseeing current initiatives while assisting in the development, planning, and implementation of new initiatives that align with company goals.
The ideal Marketing & Branding Coordinator will have experience in a wide range of marketing functions including communications, advertising, branding and digital media. They will be a savvy individual with a strong sense of storytelling. They will also have the ability to multitask and handle diverse projects in multiple departments simultaneously. Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and executing comprehensive marketing and branding strategies to enhance brand awareness and consistency that help drive customer and employee engagement.
Collaborate with internal teams to define brand identity, positioning, and messaging that resonates with our target audience.
Ensure that all marketing efforts serve immediate and long-term business goals by identifying and executing improvements.
Maintain and create branding SOP's for internal use to ensure teams, departments and cross-functional projects are streamlined to reflect company brand across all platforms.
Participate and position yourself as a leader in extra curricular activities, events and committee's especially those pertaining to internal culture and positively influencing the ethos of the company.
Serve as a culture ambassador who leads by example to positively promote and embody the company's values and mission.
Create compelling content for various channels, including social media, website, email campaigns, and marketing materials, while maintaining brand consistency.
Assist with planning and coordinating marketing campaigns, events, and promotions to promote brand visibility and product/service offerings.
Manage social media accounts, including content creation, posting schedules, engagement with followers, and performance tracking.
Oversee the development of brand collateral, including logos, graphics, presentations, and other marketing materials.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing and branding.
Create blog posts for company website on a monthly basis.
Organize and participate in brainstorming sessions with management to develop detailed plan of social media amplification strategy and creative ideas.
Oversee website development and performance to drive sales/revenue, brand awareness and customer loyalty.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
A degree or diploma in Marketing, Advertising, Media Arts or related field of study
Proven minimum
3 years experience
in marketing, branding, or related roles
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and analytics.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to create relevant, smart, and engaging content.
Comprehensive knowledge of organic and paid social media platforms.
Familiarity with graphic design programs, digital platforms, podcasts, and online content.
Excellent computer skills including MS Office; with expertise in navigating Teams, Adobe, and Photoshop software; intermediate skills in video editing on platforms such as TikTok; and graphic design/editing in Canva.
