We're a fast-growing EV startup delivering B2B and B2C products across North America. We're looking for a hands-on

Marketing Coordinator

to help drive our brand and marketing execution as we scale -- someone ready to grow into a larger role and take over key functions currently managed by our agency.

What You'll Do



Coordinate Campaigns:

Work with internal teams and external agencies to execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (web, social, print, events).

Manage Projects:

Oversee timelines, asset approvals, and creative deliverables; maintain marketing calendars and ensure timely launches.

Track Performance:

Monitor digital metrics and support reporting to optimize campaigns.

Own Events:

Plan and coordinate trade shows and marketing events across North America. Must be able to travel freely to USA

Streamline Communication:

Act as the go-to liaison between marketing, sales, product, and leadership.

Scale In-House Capabilities:

Take increasing ownership of agency-led tasks, with a goal of bringing execution fully in-house within 12 months.

Who You Are



2+ years in marketing coordination, digital campaigns, or project management. Organized, digitally fluent, and confident using platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads, Shopify, Meta, etc. Strong communicator who can manage cross-functional collaboration and shifting priorities. Proactive, adaptable, and eager to grow within a startup environment.

Qualities Needed



Assertive and accountable -- able to push projects forward, not just take direction. Results-oriented -- focus on outcomes (brand awareness, leads, conversions, cost savings) vs. activity Able to juggle multiple priorities across EV, OEM, and property marketing

Bonus:

Experience or interest in EV, eMobility, or eCommerce sectors.

Tools You'll Use



Odoo (Project Management), Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Cloud Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp, Shopify (or similar tools)

Consistent brand presence across platforms On-time, on-budget campaign execution Effective coordination and communication Strong performance results (engagement, ROI) Reduced reliance on external agencies
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
