We are seeking a dynamic, creative and highly organized Marketing & Content Coordinator with 2-5 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of digital marketing, a proven ability to manage and create social media content for lifestyle and luxury brands, and an eye for capturing compelling visual content across photography and video. This individual will support all areas of marketing for our family of companies, including social media, email marketing, digital advertising, content creation, event marketing, and more. Applicants may be asked to provide a portfolio showcasing relevant work in photography, videography, and graphic design.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Creative Development
Capture high-quality photo and video content across the vineyard, winery, and restaurants for use across digital platforms.
Design and edit creative assets for social media, emails, and digital and print promotions using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro).
Edit and produce short-form and long-form video content that showcases wines, culinary experiences, events, and the brand story.
Social Media & Influencer Marketing
Manage and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
Maintain a consistent, elevated brand tone and visual aesthetic.
Stay up-to-date on social media trends, formats, and algorithm changes.
Support influencer outreach, content planning, and brand collaborations.
Monitor engagement and assist in responding to audience interactions.
Digital Advertising & Analytics
Assist in creating, monitoring, and optimizing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising campaigns.
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics to improve marketing outcomes.
Contribute to digital marketing strategy by providing insights based on campaign performance.
Email Marketing
Support in the design and copywriting of engaging email campaigns using Mailchimp and/or website platforms.
Coordinate email marketing calendars aligned with product launches, events, and special offers.
Event Marketing & Brand Activations
Capture live event content for real-time sharing and post-event promotion.
Help coordinate event logistics and assist in guest experiences from a marketing lens.
Qualifications & Skills:
3-5 years of experience in marketing, ideally within hospitality, wine, or luxury goods sectors.
Experience using scheduling platforms
Proficiency in Meta Business Suite and a strong understanding of analytics/KPI tracking and GA4.
Strong understanding of luxury branding aesthetics and tone of voice.
Past experience working with a PR firm or managing PR initiatives is a plus.
Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite
A sharp eye for photography, videography, and visual storytelling is essential.
Ability to work flexibly and attend events and weekend activations when required.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven.

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
