We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Content Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team. This role is vital in developing and executing compelling digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive online engagement, and support sales growth. You'll create and manage content that supports our brand and lead generation, and you'll also help with marketing content for our two related companies (Towne Renovations and Redl Edmonton). This role is hands-on and ideal for someone who enjoys being on-site, capturing real project scenes, and turning it into consistent marketing conent.
Responsibilities
Capture content on-site: photos, videos, short walkthroughs, progress clips, before/after, team/trade moments
Proven ability to create content that looks clean and professional (you can show examples)
Comfortable working in real environments (job sites / showrooms) and capturing content confidently
Plan and publish content consistently across social channels.
Keep content organized (folders, naming, tagging, easy retrieval for future posts)
Edit content into ready-to-post formats (Reels, Stories, TikTok-style clips and posts)
Create engaging and SEO-optimized content tailored to target audiences to increase web traffic and brand awareness.
Utilize tools like Google Analytics and marketing analytics platforms to monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate actionable insights.
Assist in budgeting for marketing projects and track campaign expenditures to ensure effective resource allocation.
Experience
Strong attention to visual quality (lighting, framing, audio, and overall presentation)
Ability to capture content efficiently on-site and adapt to changing schedules and environments
Strong written communication skills for captions, short promotional copy, and basic brand messaging
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and follow through without heavy supervision
Professional, respectful presence when filming around clients, trades, and team members
Strong understanding of social media best practices and short-form content formats
Ability to maintain consistent brand standards across multiple companies and content types
Basic content planning skills (scheduling, batching content, and repurposing assets across platforms)
Strong communication and collaboration skills with internal team members to coordinate content needs

Pay: $55,000.00-$62,000.00 per year
