At Koodo, we\'re on a mission to give Canadians a happy mobile experience. In this exciting role, 1:1 Marketing Communications Manager will be responsible for supporting the Koodo Mobile brand team.

The ideal candidate has experience in developing creative across various channels such as email and SMS, as well as customer journey strategies and working with external agencies. You\'ll be a great fit if you\'re a strategic thinker and collaborative team member with an ability to think outside the box and drive results.

Here\'s the impact you\'ll make and what we\'ll accomplish together

  • Build annual and quarterly plans across the customer purchase funnel leveraging 1:1 marketing tactics in partnership with the Go-to-Market team and the agency
  • Define and evolve value proposition, positioning for internet and mobility services as well as mobile & home (M&H) offers and messaging
  • Lead all aspects of 1:1 marketing communications including generating clear and strategic agency briefs, managing creative approvals, overseeing logistics and deployment, collecting and analyzing results to drive continuous improvement in communication effectiveness
  • Understand how the business is performing relative to target to optimize in-flight communication initiatives to increase conversion rates
  • Partner with the agency to identify communications best practices and lead transformational projects to improve campaign efficacy and efficiencies
  • Manage relationships with multiple agencies to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of all campaigns, program and assets
  • Collaborate with budget prime to plan and manage campaign budget throughout the year

Great-to-haves
  • Understanding of 1:1 communications and advertising best practices
  • Experience with the creative development process, client or agency-side
  • Project management experience would be considered an asset
  • Undergraduate degree in marketing or a related field
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with G-suite and/or MS Office applications
