Epic Investment Services is seeking a Marketing & Communications Coordinator temporarily for 13 months to play a critical dual role with the marketing department. The successful candidate will assist the marketing department with projects and initiatives that will enhance the overall tenant experience across our national portfolio.
The Marketing & Communications Coordinator is responsible for supporting property-level communication initiatives to meet the corporate strategic objectives. Working closely with property & leasing as well as corporate marketing teams, the successful candidate will assist in the planning and executing of tenant programs, work closely with the creative team to manage an events calendar, assist in copywriting campaign and program launch communications, support the roll out of sustainability programs and other corporate initiatives.
Your Responsibilities:
Work with the marketing team to extend the brand into new templates to support various business units
Support the creation of marketing materials for print and digital
Create event ideas and manage a calendar of events
Build and maintain digital asset library
Attend creative briefings, brainstorms, production meetings, and presentations
Present concepts for approval to ensure all materials meet the brief and creative standards
Assist in production and file preparation
Review and proof all production materials on assigned projects
Perform other duties as needed
Requirements:
Minimum of three years of experience in communications, marketing, public relations, and/or social media marketing.
Experience with social media outlets (LinkedIn, Instagram etc.) and managing/monitoring tools for social media channels and campaigns with the ability to monitor and adjust communication strategies accordingly.
Prior experience in writing, editing and managing social media accounts to influence key target markets.
Event planning or coordination is required.
University degree in marketing, and/or related field
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite with emphasis on InDesign is considered an asset
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to create templates
Positive attitude, solutions-oriented, team-first mentality, optimistic, problem solver
Must possess strong problem-solving and communication skills
Attention to detail is a must
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Organized self-directed and able to multitask
