Are YOU our next JCC Warriors Marketing Communications Coordinator?



The JCC Warriors Marketing Communications Coordinator leads all digital and traditional marketing for JCC Sports. Responsible for the website, social media, email campaigns, signage, and storytelling, this role builds awareness, drives registration, and strengthens the Warriors brand.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage and update the website with current program postings and registration info. Lead social media activity, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement. Produce and distribute email campaigns and newsletters. Oversee signage, posters, and print materials across the club and community. Capture on-site content (photo/video) for social and promotional use. Develop seasonal marketing calendars aligned with program launches and events. Track analytics (web, social, email) to measure performance and adjust strategies. Ensure brand consistency across all channels. Support sponsorship visibility in marketing materials. Working collaboratively and in line with brand guidelines and with VP Marketing/JCC Marketing team, Provide marketing updates to the Director of Sports.

What do you bring?



Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field; or equivalent experience 2-4 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a similar role (sports, recreation, nonprofit, or community environment an asset). Strong working knowledge of social media platforms, scheduling tools and trends in digital engagement. Experience with email marketing platforms and analytics Basic design and content creation skills (Canva required) Strong copywriting, editing, and storytelling abilities. Comfortable with photography/videography for marketing purposes. Data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret analytics and adjust strategies accordingly. Ability to work evenings or weekends to capture on-site content at games, tournaments, or community events. Passion for sports, recreation, and building community through athletics is strongly preferred.
