We are looking for an

Marketing & Communications Assistant

to join the fast-paced Marketing and Communications team at BrokerLink and work out of our

Calgary office

on a

Permanent Full Time Basis.

What the role entails:




Assisting with corporate and branch-level communications initiatives. Managing invoices and payables for the Marketing and Communications team. Coordinating fulfillment and handling inquiries related to marketing campaign incentives. Preparing and cleaning customer mailing lists for campaign use. Responding to inquiries received through various marketing email inboxes. Assisting with the management of Google and other online reviews. Providing general administrative support as needed.

The successful candidate will have:

High School and/or Post-Secondary Education 2-5 years' experience in an office environment Computer skills - keyboarding and MS Office. Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and Word required Detail-oriented and highly organized Strong analytical and organizational skills A self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent verbal and written communication skills
