THE ROLE:
Are you an energetic and detail-driven marketing professional? We are searching for a Marketing Campaign Specialist to execute and optimize integrated marketing campaigns that drive engagement across multiple channels. In this role, you will work at the intersection of creativity and analytics, supporting marketing efforts within diverse verticals like health-tech, fintech, and cybersecurity. As part of an in-house, agency-style marketing team, you will coordinate and manage paid programs, create compelling content, and track key performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Execution: Assist in the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across platforms like email, LinkedIn, social media, events, and digital advertising
  • Paid Marketing Programs: Manage and fine-tune digital ad campaigns through platforms such as LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and industry-specific outlets. Report on performance metrics and return on investment (ROI) for paid campaigns
  • Content Creation & Marketing Operations: Develop and repurpose creative content for multiple channels, such as blogs, social media, email campaigns, landing pages, and ads. Collaborate with design and product marketing teams to produce collateral, including one-pagers, presentation decks, and case studies

Requirements:
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Top Skills & Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years in marketing, campaign management, social media, digital marketing, or content creation
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Marketo
  • Proficiency in running paid digital campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads
  • Strong writing ability, with experience tailoring content for various channels like social media, blogs, email campaigns, and digital ads
  • Exceptional organization and project management skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working across various cross-functional teams
