Identify and pursue new business opportunities in property management, construction, aviation, and airport services
Network Like a Pro:
Represent our company at trade shows, industry events, and networking functions
Content Creation:
Develop marketing materials, proposals, presentations, and case studies that win business
Market Intelligence:
Research competitors, analyze trends, and identify untapped opportunities
Collaborate & Close:
Work closely with sales and operations teams to convert leads into long-term clients
Track & Optimize:
Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI

Required Qualifications
2-3 years of marketing or business development experience (B2B preferred)
Proven track record of generating leads and supporting business growth
Strong digital marketing skills (social media, email campaigns, content creation)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with CRM systems and marketing analytics tools
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally
Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Bonus Points For
Experience in the aviation, facilities management, or commercial cleaning industries
Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite)
Video content creation experience
Existing network in property management, construction, or aviation sectors
