JOB OVERVIEW







Private Pension Partners ("P3") is seeking a strategic and creative

Marketing and Brand Manager

to join our team. As the Marketing and Brand Manager you will be responsible for leading and developing, executing, and optimizing our marketing strategies and brand positioning across our divisions. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure cohesive branding and effective marketing campaigns across all business verticals.





The ideal candidate will have experience managing multi-divisional marketing initiatives, with a strong understanding of brand development, digital marketing, and external engagement strategies.




KEY RESPONSIBILITIES





Develop and implement a cohesive brand strategy that supports P3's corporate vision and growth objectives; Ensure consistent brand identity, messaging, and design across all platforms and business divisions; Strengthen awareness of the P3 platform and its investment vehicles in the Canadian real estate market; Lead the development of marketing campaigns, presentations, and investor communications; Manage digital presence, including website, social media, and online investor portals; Oversee the production of marketing materials (pitch decks, brochures, videos, advertisements, reports); Work with internal teams to support leasing, property management, and development project marketing; Collaborate with the investment and asset management teams to create compelling investor-facing materials; Support capital-raising efforts with marketing collateral tailored to institutional and private investors; Organize and promote corporate events, investor meetings, and community engagements; Monitor real estate market trends, competitor activity, and investor sentiment to guide branding and positioning; Track, measure, and report on marketing performance to optimize strategies; Coordinate with leadership, HR, and operations to ensure internal culture aligns with external brand; and Manage external agencies, consultants, and designers to achieve marketing objectives.



QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS





Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; 3-7 years of experience in marketing and brand management, preferably within the real estate, investment, or corporate sector; Experience in construction industry would also be considered as a strong asset; Strong experience managing marketing campaigns and brand strategy. Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills; Strong copywriting and editing skills with a keen eye for tone, grammar, and brand alignment; Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (InDesign, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and website CMS tools (WordPress, Wix, etc.); and Experience managing teams and/or working cross-functionally teams/divisions.
