Position Overview
We seek a creative and driven
Marketing and Brand Communications Coordinator to increase our visibility with end users across Canada.
This key internal role will shape and execute our brand strategy, content creation, and online presence. You'll work closely with leadership to position NightRider LEDS as the premier lighting brand in our markets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a national marketing and brand awareness strategy targeting end users across multiple sectors
Manage all social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, e-newsletters, Google Ads, etc.)
Create original, industry-relevant content for social media, dealer support, product launches, and trade events
Work with our sales and design teams to develop compelling product messaging and promotional materials
Maintain and grow our brand presence through online storytelling, photography, video, and customer success stories
Monitor analytics and engagement data to improve reach and performance continuously
Collaborate with dealers to support their local marketing efforts and promote brand consistency
Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with product availability, seasonality, and industry events
Attend select industry trade shows and dealer events as a brand ambassador
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or brand management (experience in B2B or industrial sectors is a plus)
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok) and marketing tools (Canva, Mailchimp, Meta, Google Analytics)
Experience with basic graphic design, photography, and video editing
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Self-motivated, creative, and results-oriented
