RoleThe Marketing and Communications Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the promotion of KRBs brand, both internally and externally. The Marketing and Communications Coordinator position demands a high level of organizational skills, efficiency, and autonomy.Primary Responsibilities

• Generally assisting in the development and implementation of marketing communications strategies, including KPIs tracking;
• Ensuring quality control of the brand images use on all KRB communication tools;
• Participate in the maintenance and improvement of KRB website and intranet, including the preparation and publication of content in both French and English;
• Collaborate in the preparation and translation of KRB marketing and business development pieces and pamphlets (corporate brochures, advertisements, RFPs, etc.)
• Preparing internal communications in both French and English, in collaboration with the Director, Marketing and Communications;
• Assisting the Marketing and Communications team in developing a monthly social media calendar and preparing content in both French and English, including transaction and awards announcements;
• Coordinating marketing/communications tasks pertaining to new employees onboarding, including employee biographies;
• Order marketing/promotional material and track inventory;
• Ensure proper billing and budget follow-up for the Marketing and Communications department;
• Ensure the coordination of projects under his/her responsibility and carry out the necessary administrative follow-up (any other related marketing and communications task).

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role;
• Exceptional written and spoken communication skills in French and English;
• Prior experience within a law firm, an asset;
• Prior experience with WordPress, Canva or Monday, an asset;
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment;
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail and high professionalism;
• Exceptional analytical and organizational skills, ability to be proactive and resourceful;
• Exercise the utmost discretion in respect of confidential information.
