We are looking for a talented and creative Marketing and Communications Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time position responsible for handling internal communications and social media management for our company. The right person will be hands on for events capturing the moment whether on video or in words. Key Responsibilities:
Write engaging copy for both short form and long form social content along with internal and external communication materials, such as press releases, marketing collateral, email newsletters, and blog posts that align with the company\'s objectives and brand voice
Manage Concord Pacific\'s social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, and community management and event activation engagement
Stay up to date with the latest social media and communication trends, tools, and best practices in marketing to continuously improve our efforts
Support the development and execution of events, campaigns, and other over arching marketing initiatives as needed
Corporate and community websites content maintenance and updates
Qualifications:
Preferred bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree/diploma in communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field
2+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or communications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a strong grasp of grammar and syntax.
Understanding of SEO best practices.
Demonstrated experience in creating engaging social media content and managing social media channels.
Knowledge of social media analytics and ability to track and report on metrics to measure success.
Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
