Overview

Janssen is looking for hardworking and driven leaders to join our team as a Marketing Associate in our Toronto office.

The area of focus for the role is as follows:

• Developing customer/market/patient understanding to uncover relevant and actionable insights
• Developing specific sales materials and tools aligned to brand strategic marketing plan
• Conducting customer, business and financial analyses to uncover opportunitie
• Contributing to innovative and beneficial customer-focused marketing program
• Participating in the development of revenue forecasts, business plans and sales meetings

Qualifications

• Completion of an undergraduate degree from an accredited University
• Post graduate degree is an asset, MBA, Masters, PhD
• Legally authorized to work permanently in Canada and must not require sponsorship for employment status now or in the future
• Excellent verbal, presentation and communication skills, and a strong ability to collaborate and partner are required
• Ability to work independently, have strong project management and organizational skills, strong financial and business acumen, the ability to establish rapport and relationships, and possess well-developed analytical abilities
