Associate Marketing Manager

This is a 16-month contract
As the Associate Marketing Manager, you will have the opportunity to participate in a variety of tasks…

• Work with the Marketing Managers and Sales Team to identify opportunities to reach advisors and provide recommendations on appropriate marketing materials
• Provide support to Marketing Managers and Sales Team for marketing campaigns, launches and events
• Proactively oversee and manage all social media accounts, including researching, creating, editing, publishing, and sharing engaging content regularly
• Work with external social media consultant, ensuring that designed social media content meets brand guidelines
• Engage with other Marketing Managers and internal teams to compile and develop timely and relevant social media content
• Brainstorm and develop ideas for content, including PowerPoint presentations, video content, marketing emails, brochures, website articles, etc.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external teams as needed
• Project manage communication collateral for marketing campaigns and events (both in person and online)
• Work with internal teams to create content for both internal and external audiences
• Work with internal teams (copywriter, graphic designer) to ensure brand standards and business objectives are being met

What we are looking for…

• A university degree/college diploma in business/marketing or equivalent work experience
• 2- 5 years of marketing or communications experience in the financial services industry
• Solid social media experience, preferably communicating to a B2B audience
• Good writing skills
• Is comfortable working with sales team and other internal stakeholders, as well as external vendors
• Manage multiple products with demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize in an ever-changing environment
• Strong communication and organization skills
• A basic understanding of life insurance products is an asset
• French/English Bilingual is an asset
