Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
Manage social media accounts by creating, scheduling, and posting content, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, WeChat and RED
Collaborate with influencers, affiliates, and digital partners to expand our reach and foster engagement.
Handle community management by promptly responding to customer comments, messages, and inquiries.
Assist in the planning and execution of paid social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
Monitor and respond to customer reviews on Google and other platforms, ensuring timely and constructive feedback.
Website Management:
Regularly update and maintain the website content.
Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) to improve visibility and rankings.
Collaborate with web developers to implement new features, enhancements, and updates as needed.
Promotion/Event Coordination:
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of in-store promotions and outdoor events.
Assist in developing marketing materials, including print flyers, signage, and posters, by creating engaging copy and content.
Coordinate with graphic designers and print vendors to ensure high-quality production and timely delivery of marketing materials.
Email Marketing:
Develop and manage engaging email campaigns, including newsletters and event promotions.
Prepare monthly reports to analyze campaign performance and engagement metrics, including open rate, click-through rate and conversions, to improve campaign performance.
Other Responsibilities:
Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent brand messaging and drive collaborative marketing initiatives.
