Company Overview:

Kingsdale Mortgage Centre is a dynamic and growing real estate and mortgage company based in Toronto, currently seeking a creative and motivated Marketing Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong design and content creation skills who is passionate about marketing and eager to grow in the real estate and financial services industry.

Responsibilities:



Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote company's services and listings. Digital Marketing: Create compelling content for various platforms including social media, email marketing, and the company website. Performance Tracking & Analysis: Lead the analytics and reporting function for website stats, pay per click and display ad campaigns. Website Management: Manage website health, optimization, and integration of new content and features. Process Improvement: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as necessary. Flexibility: Adapt quickly to changes and re-prioritize tasks with short notice, and perform all other duties as required to support overall project completion and success. Microsoft PowerPoint: Edit and create visually appealing PowerPoint presentations for client meetings and internal presentation use.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 2-3+ years of experience in the marketing industry. Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite especially in creating and editing PowerPoint presentations. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, social media, and email marketing. Ability to maintain respectful relationships at all levels within and outside the organization. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to embrace and adapt to the rapid growth, innovation, and development of the company. Must be hands-on and process oriented, always looking to improve processes. Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines within a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software is a plus Experience with social media advertising platforms, such as Facebook Ads Manager and TikTok Ads, is a plus.

English is required, and the ability to speak Mandarin is preferred.


Schedule:

8 hour shift

Monday to Friday 10 am to 6pm

Work Location: 95 Royal Crest Ct #21, Markham, ON L3R 9X5

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Starting from $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week
