The Opportunity

As a key member of our paid Marketing team, the Pay-Per-Click Assistant will work in close coordination with the Lead Generation Manager and other colleagues in launching and optimizing our paid advertising. Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Lead Generation Manager:

Manage Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns, including Build, Launch, optimization, and report generation. Monitor daily performance of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns and adjust strategies as needed. Perform ongoing keyword search, expansion, and optimization Analyzing and monitoring analytics and PPC Performance. Research and analyze competitor advertising and implement corresponding initiatives to address deficiencies and improve overall paid performance. Track KPIs to assess performance and pinpoint issues.

Qualifications and Experience:

Undergraduate Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field. 3 years of relevant digital marketing experience Experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaign management. Proficiency in using Looker Studio. Google Ads Certified. Knowledge of Google Analytics 4. Proven SERP experience managing PPC campaigns. Excellent knowledge of reporting and performance metrics for digital assets and campaigns. Critical thinking. Problem-solving abilities. Strong attention to detail, high level analytical skills and ability to make data-driven/informed decisions.
