Job Description

Hello! We are looking for a content creator and brand partnership manager to join our dynamic team. You will be working with us to help develop and grow our social media presence, for our custom sign shop. This position would be perfect for someone with a flexible schedule that has availability during the day-time to work together with us!Required tasks and duties expected of you, as our Content Creator, Brand and Social Media Manager:

  • Building our audience and brand across all social media platforms including, Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, and Pinterest
  • Manage all of our social media accounts
  • Experiment and test different types of content and platforms to determine where we should be focusing
  • Work with influencers and other major social media presences to grow brand recognition
  • Create content that represents and stays true to the brand
  • Post to our social media accounts on a consistent, regular and scheduled basis
  • Engage with our online community, through comments or DM's
  • Track and analyze trends within our community to better understand the feedback we are receiving and how we can improve our brand
We are looking for an individual with the following skill capability: knowledge of Graphic Editing Tools ie. Photoshop, Illustrator and video editing tools.We are looking for someone with a proven track record of creating authentic, engaging, and on-brand content, as well as someone who is willing to hustle and work to build an audience.We are looking for someone who is resourceful, organized, has attention to detail, self-motivated, and a self-starter. We require that you have excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language,It would be great if you have experience building and managing communities across social media platforms. Experience demonstrating your passion for community building and creating high-quality content is considered an asset.This is a paid, part-time role for 20-30 hours of work per week.
