Go-Go Group Inc. is hiring a FULL-TIME Marketing and Events Coordinator! Go-Go Group Inc. is proud to be among New Brunswick\'s largest private childcare providers. The company, which operates as Go-Go After School & Go-Go Preschool, Go-Go Events, and Go-Go Gymnastics, is an innovative childcare program initiative that focuses on quality programming, exploring the interests and passions of each child in our care and safety for all. We aim to provide ample experiences in science, entrepreneurship, arts & culture, leadership, and physical activity into each program. Our Go-Go childcare programs currently operate out of 17 locations across New Brunswick servicing 850+ children/day. About the position - We are looking for an energetic, confident, quick-thinking individual who possess exceptional communication and story writing abilities, a natural marketing and public relations leader, and an excellent team player. As our Marketing and Event Coordinator, you will assist with the development and implementation of marketing strategies, analysis of product pricing and competition, new product and service creation and delivery, and ensure all aspects are on brand (marketing, packaging, mascots, etc.) based on business goals and initiatives. You will help plan, create, and deliver impactful and informative marketing content across multiple content channels to support all business units under the Go-Go brand. Event organization will be one of your main responsibilities, you will provide executive level support in both a one-on-one and team based working relationship in the management and running of all internal and external new or recurring large corporate/community group parties and holiday celebration events. Additional duties will include planning staff meetings, employee appreciation and rewards programs, family engagement, community outreach and fund-raising events with professional attention to detail upholding the Go-Go brand standard. You will be responsible for budgeting, analyzing, communicating, responding to guest questions, tracking registration details, organizing event set-up/take down, and owning monthly field trip plan and logistics of a large group of children age ranges 3 to 12. This is a full-time, 8-hour shift position at 40 hours a week, 9:00am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, with the ability to work flexible hours on weekends and events periodically through the year, often on July 1 and NB day as the largest events of the year. Salary Range: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year dependent on prior work experience including health & dental medical benefits and starting with 2 weeks paid vacation. Qualifications/Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or person to whom refugee protection has been conferred under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act. \xc2\xb7 Be legally entitled to work in Canada in accordance with relevant New Brunswick legislation and regulations. \xc2\xb7 Minimum 1-3 years of experience in high-level corporation events coordination/planning, marketing, fundraising, and public relations role with proven record in a similar position. \xc2\xb7 Possess a university degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, Public Relations, and related fields. \xc2\xb7 Workplace First Aid with CPR C and AED certification. \xc2\xb7 Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector clearance. \xc2\xb7 Social Development Check.
