Nita Lake Lodge opened in January 2008 and is a true mountain retreat. Set in Whistler Creekside on the shores of Nita Lake, the Lodge offers guests a mountain resort experience with close proximity to activities in all seasons. The property features 77 luxurious guest suites, a renowned Day Spa, two restaurants and a cafe. Bring your sense of fun, creativity and love of all that is Whistler to the marketing team at Nita Lake Lodge. Our marketing team is in need of a new leader, a manager with experience implementing creative ideas in, ideally, a hospitality environment. The duties of the job are many and varied across our diverse hospitality business which includes our Hotel, Restaurant, Caf\xc3\xa9 and Spa. Some of the key duties include:

• Planning and implementing the marketing plan and strategy for Nita Lake Lodge including the Lakeside Restaurant, Cure Lounge & Patio, Fix Caf\xc3\xa9, and The Spa at Nita Lake Lodge
• Creating and managing the Sales and Marketing budget for Nita Lake Lodge
• Identifying new markets and new trends, analyze and increasing sales within existing markets
• Management of the Nita Lake Lodge brand ensuring that brand standards are met and maintained, with a focus on development and enhancement of brand presence and reach within target markets

You will bring enthusiasm, energy, and a willingness to reimagine the role and the initiatives of the department. Your marketing qualifications and experience, along with your ability to communicate across all mediums, is essential, and will be utilized daily as you work alongside departmental managers to enhance the Nita Lake Lodge brand.
