We\'re looking for a new team member to develop, propose and implement a marketing plan. Working as part of the VP Sales & Marketing team, this person will be responsible for integrating strategies for internal and external communications channels, product launches, promotion, advertising and events, in line with the company\'s strategic objectives.

At our company, a Marketing and Communications Manager..

• Take over the marketing functions currently lacking in the team (\'\'hands-on\'\') in order to structure and develop a Lead Generation-oriented marketing and communications team;
• Ensure sound management of the company\'s brand image and positioning across all communications channels;
• Ensure the performance of implemented strategies by analyzing results (KPIs) and proposing creative and innovative solutions;

• Collaborate with the product and sales teams to produce promotional material for the various product lines (brochures, technical specifications, etc.);
• Manage public relations and ensure media visibility for major events;
• Develop social network content strategies and supervise the digital marketing team in the production and deployment of the plan.

Your profile...

• Minimum 7 to 10 years\' experience in a similar position ;
• Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, communications or business administration, with a focus on marketing;
• Excellent communication and writing skills, in both English and French;
• Proficiency in social networking platforms, management and analysis tools;
• Proficiency in MS Office suite;

• Leadership, priority management and autonomy;
• Sense of initiative and resourcefulness;
• Creative problem-solving skills, combined with critical, innovative and analytical thinking;
• Strong sense of diplomacy and teamwork;
• - Knowledge of photonics (asset).
