ONE YELLOW RABBIT MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER One Yellow Rabbit (OYR) seeks a Marketing & Communications Manager for a full-time position. One Yellow Rabbit is a non-profit professional theatre company that produces ensemble-based creation work and presents the High Performance Rodeo, Calgary?s
International Festival of the Arts. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and executing the
Marketing and Communications Strategy for One Yellow Rabbit?s producing season and for the High Performance Rodeo. Previous experience should ideally include:

• Customer Relationship Management;
• Outreach Initiatives;
• Advertising and Marketing Campaigns;
• Media Relations and Publicity;
• Social Media and Online Content Management; and
• Graphic Design and Content Creation.

The ideal candidate should have a passion for the performing arts and bring an eager spirit of ingenuity and innovation. They should also have an ability and willingness to learn and have a strong sense of resiliency and adaptability. This position will be responsible for:

• Overseeing all aspects of OYR?s marketing campaigns, including the design and production of print materials, buying ads, and negotiating partnerships;
• Overseeing OYR?s online campaigns, including the OYR and HPR websites, social media and online advertising;
• Finding new opportunities, in Calgary and beyond, to communicate One Yellow Rabbit?s messaging; and
• Supporting the furtherance of OYR?s Strategic Plan.
