McDowell Equipment are seeking an experienced administrative assistant to assist our daily operations. The ideal candidate will need to be highly organized and detail-oriented acting as a liaison between management and staff. We are looking for an individual with excellent written and oral skills in English and Spanish to support our TEAM.
Duties
Document creation and formatting, including promotional letters, reports, and marketing materials
Provide clerical support for management as necessary
Updating and maintaining client database while providing marketing support
Updating and maintaining company website
Establish annual calendar of activities including industry trade shows
Actively research dates and cities of each event as well as the cost to participate, and coordinate logistics for selected shows
Arrange and coordinate travel and logistics for management and staff
Follow up with clients and potential clients post show completion
Assist, and participate in Mining Equipment product quotes, and follow up
Organize, coordinate, and execute all mailings and marketing distributions
Coordinate all marketing related activities
Liaise with various department within company, including different locations
Experience
2+ Years office administrative experience. Related experience in trade shows a plus
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, Publisher)
