We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing and Administrative Assistant to support our day-to-day operations and marketing efforts. This role combines administrative duties with marketing tasks to help ensure smooth office functions and consistent digital outreach. The ideal candidate is organized, a strong communicator, and comfortable using tools like Google Suite, Excel, and digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads and social media).
Responsibilities
Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, and document preparation.
Help coordinate marketing materials, outreach campaigns, and customer follow-up.
Manage phone systems, including answering calls, directing inquiries, and taking messages.
Utilize Google Suite for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Maintain organized electronic and physical files to ensure easy access to information.
Note:
Roles are not limited to the tasks listed above. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed to support the team.
Requirements
Experience in an administrative or marketing support role preferred
Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and Microsoft Excel
Proficient in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads and Mailchimp)
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
