REPORTS TO: Vice President, Marketing and Customer Engagement.

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conducts market research in local, regional, and national areas to determine market segments\xe2\x80\x99 specific needs, habits, interests, and other strategic factors for designing targeted marketing campaigns.
• Support the design and development of new campaign concepts and strategies.
• Gathers and prepares data on competitors and analyzes their prices, sales, and methods of marketing and distribution.
• Delivers regular outputs and reports that elevate storytelling and sharing of insights, through alerts/newsletters, proposals, market share reporting and ad-hoc deep dives, etc.
• Collects and analyzes data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying trends to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand.
• Evaluates methods and identifies procedures for collecting data.
• Monitors industry statistics and follows trends in trade literature and other relevant sources.
• Measures the effectiveness or marketing, advertising, and communications programs and strategies.
• Forecasts and tracks marketing and sales trends; provides analytical feedback.
• Performs other projects as assigned.

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree preferred, with a focus in marketing and/or business administration.
• Approximately 3 to 5 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate with senior management, team members, customers, and other stakeholders; Demonstrates a high level of engagement.
• Problem-solving, critical thinking, data analysis, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent understanding of current social media and digital marketing strategies.
• Adaptability, creativity, and familiarity with contemporary marketing trends.
• Project management skills, including goal setting and timeline management.
