Digital Marketing Analyst

The Position:

As a Digital Marketing Analyst, you'll bring your love of solving complex (and often unstructured) problems to measure and improve the performance of Intrepid's digital marketing. You'll enjoy uncovering patterns in data, embrace initiative and use those findings to convince others to act so we can become the best travel company in the world (and for the world!)

By optimizing our (mostly) digital campaigns, improving our segmentation and enhancing our web experience through data-informed decision making you'll support Intrepid's marketing efforts to improve our effectiveness and efficiency!

This is a full-time permanent position based in Toronto on a hybrid basis, we believe vaccines play a critical role in the safe return of travel. To ensure our workplaces are safe, we require proof of Covid-19 vaccination when you work from an Intrepid office, attend company events or travel on trips. For those who can't provide proof of vaccination or a medical exemption, we may offer the option for remote work.

Some of the experience you'll bring with you includes:

2+ years in a Digital Analyst or similar role

Tertiary qualification in business/marketing

Direct experience in Google Analytics and Google Ads

Experience working within a Marketing team, successfully managing multiple projects and deadlines

Exposure to implementing and analyzing with A/B & MVT tests to drive change

Building data visualisation in Power BI/Tableau/Google Data Studio would be advantageous but not essential!

You'll be able to take a collaborative approach in engaging with different parts of the business, have strong attention to detail, and be able to multi-task and prioritize a diver set of responsibilities.
