Summary of The Position: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Media Buyer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing and executing digital advertising strategies, analyzing performance data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, with experience in conducting research, identifying target audiences, and developing effective ad campaigns across multiple platforms. You should also possess excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze performance data, conduct market research, and provide strategic recommendations to clients. Soft skills required for this role include strategic thinking, collaboration, communication, adaptability, and organization. Required Skills:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, advertising, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in digital advertising and media buying
  • Proven experience creating successful campaigns on Google, Facebook, and TikTok
  • Experience with working with B2C eCommerce brands
  • Experience executing digital marketing ad platform allocation and budget allocation
  • Experience managing ProductFeeds (Google Merchant Center, FB Commerce Manager)
  • Experience with campaign analysis and reporting
  • Strong communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Most important is a positive attitude -- you see client dissatisfaction as an opportunity, not a burden
  • Approaches each day with a sense of urgency and purpose
  • Experience with softwares like Clickup, Zoom and Slack
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify target audiences, key trends, and potential competitors.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the client\'s business, industry, and competitive landscape, and use that knowledge to inform campaign strategy and messaging.
  • Develop and execute digital advertising strategies across multiple platforms, including Google, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure ad campaigns are innovative and effective.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Team Leads and the Creative Team to deliver successful ad campaigns.
  • Analyze performance data from ad campaigns across various platforms and channels to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Analyze website analytics data to identify opportunities for improving website performance, user experience, and conversion rates.
  • Conduct market research to identify new target audiences, emerging trends, and competitor activity, and use that information to inform campaign strategy and messaging.
  • Use A/B testing and other experimentation techniques to test and optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and other campaign elements.
  • Analyze customer journey data to identify areas of the funnel where customers are dropping off, and provide recommendations for improving conversion rates and reducing customer churn.
  • Provide ongoing campaign performance reports to clients, including insights, recommendations, and next steps.
  • Possess strong leadership skills to guide Client relationships, and provide feedback, guidance, and support to help Client accounts grow and succeed.
  • Be client-focused, understanding the needs and goals of clients and striving to exceed their expectations.
  • Maintain a positive attitude to maintain a productive and collaborative work environment.
  • Be adaptable to the changes in the digital marketing landscape and adjust campaign strategies accordingly.
  • Communicate ideas, recommendations, and performance data to clients and internal team members.
