JOB TITLE: MARKETING ADMINISTRATOR



This position requires you to:

Manage email campaigns, calls-to-action, promotional incentives and forms. Maintain marketing databases and customer relationship management (CRM) systems Track online engagement, prepare marketing reports, analyze campaign performance, and provide insights. Assist and or assemble marketing materials for visual messaging. Assemble co-op content (stock images w/ system work shades) to partner with dealers, review eligibility, review co-op credit form for rebate incentive. Discuss w/ DoM Maintain Rewards Program Run monthly reports and maintain opt-in lists Update Price Lists using InDesign Update spec sheets Prep files for external printing (hard copies), requests printing quotes, issues PO and manages process till received for launch. Update fabric active, discontinuation, limited stock lists for resource file in ePic library. Create colour coordination charts for System Admin upload in ePic. Coordinate Install and How to Operate Sheets for new / existing developments. Collaborate w/ DOM to assemble storyboards outlining step by step for animated video and hard copy creation. Define text, identify images required to illustrate steps, coordinate creation of images and assemble with internal or external partners. Maintain install sheets moving forward for EWF, EPRO and Select Blinds. (Supply Chain orders for production).

You have the following experience:

1-2 yrs experience in a marketing or administrative role Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools Great level in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, v-look ups etc...) for marketing reports Knowledge of or experience in utilizing Adobe InDesign (a bonus).

Pay: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
