Quik's Farm Ltd. is a wholesale cut flower grower based in Chilliwack, BC, with over twenty acres of indoor and twenty acres of seasonal outdoor growing space. Quik's Farm is geared towards the intense production of cut Chrysanthemums, Oriental Lilies, Alstroemeria, and other seasonal crops utilizing state-of-the-art growing systems and leading-edge technology to produce superior quality products for our diverse customer base throughout Western Canada and the Pacific Northwest USA.

We are currently seeking a Marketing Administrator to join our team. In this part-time role, the ideal candidate will play a critical role in contributing to our marketing initiatives and ensuring their success.

Primary Responsibilities:

Use leading-edge strategies to design and manage social media communication. Create and direct advertising campaigns for social media that are on-brand. Lead marketing activities in collaboration with other departments. Help develop visual material and video presentations using?Canva, ?Adobe,? Movavi?, and publish files. Gather, research, and prepare marketing material for internal and external audiences. Conduct market research using social media analytics. Develop and maintain the company website. Manage various marketing projects that coincide with direction from management and sales team.

Qualifications & Requirements:

1 year of experience in marketing or graphic design. Ability to work well independently?and?as part of a team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Time management and organizational skills. Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Ability to take initiative on challenging assignments. A proven ability to develop lasting relationships with both internal and external customers. Experience working with horticulture or floriculture industries is an asset. A versatile graphic designer able to use words?and?images to tell a story. Advanced skills in?MS Office: Outlook, Word, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint A valid Class 5 BC Driver's License.

Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour
