Job Description

As our

Marketing Administrator

, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of our office and client processes. You'll handle a variety of administrative and organizational tasks that keep our marketing, sales, and customer care functions running efficiently. You will be running our social media platforms, inputting data, and doing our month end customer care procedures to ensure that our clients are satisfied. This role is great for someone who loves multitasking and creating their own deadlines.

Administrative Support



Manage data entry and record-keeping in our CRM (Pipedrive), ensuring accuracy for each completed mortgage. Prepare, organize, and track monthly reports including commissions, payroll, and sales metrics. Maintain and replenish office supplies, stationery, and promotional inventory. Oversee shipping, receiving, and inventory management for swag and client gifts. Coordinate client aftercare, including follow-up calls, feedback collection, and organizing thank-you packages. Support the team with scheduling, document preparation, and other administrative tasks as needed. Assist in planning and coordinating events

Marketing & Communications Support



Create and schedule social media content using Canva or Photoshop. Create email newsletters, blog posts, and marketing materials using platforms such as MailChimp and Pipedrive. Monitor and update the company website and swag store as needed.

Skills



Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a strong attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Confident phone manner and client service mindset. Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a small team. Experience with Canva, Mailchimp, and CRM tools (e.g., Pipedrive) is an asset. Knowledge of financial, mortgage, or real estate industries is considered an advantage. A valid BC driver's license is an asset.

Pay: $50,000.00 per year
