Job Summary



We're seeking a dynamic Marketing & Administrative Coordinator to join our vibrant, close-knit team in a full-time, permanent role. This position is perfect for someone who excels in a fast-paced environment, blending creative marketing tasks with essential administrative support. Key Responsibilities



Manage company social media accounts, creating engaging content and monitoring interactions to build our brand presence. Contact and collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to promote products and initiatives. Handle other promotional activities, including campaign planning, and digital marketing support. Serve as the company receptionist, greeting visitors, answering inquiries, and managing front-desk operations. Perform general administrative tasks, such as managing colleagues' attendance records, data entry, filing, and basic office support. Support ad-hoc duties as needed (e.g., light customer service, scheduling, or team coordination) to keep our operations running smoothly. Other administrative or marketing-related work as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications

Languages: Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English (verbal and written) to communicate with diverse suppliers, customers, and team members. Proven experience in marketing roles as , ideally in a retail, e-commerce, or promotional setting. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a small-team setup. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Rednote, TikTok). Immediate availability--start as soon as possible. Comfortable with a flexible, "all-hands-on-deck" role; high ownership and creativity expected. Experience in building new social media accounts for companies or influencers, video shooting, video editing, and photo shooting is an asset. Ability to use Canva and CapCut for poster and video editing is an asset.
