We are currently looking to hire our next great team member for the position of Marketing & HR Administrative Coordinator located in Dieppe, New Brunswick.
Position Overview:
As a Marketing & Administrative Coordinator at Brunswick Lift Rentals, you will play a key role in driving brand awareness, supporting recruitment, and enhancing company operations. You will create engaging content (photos, brochures, social media posts) to market the company, support HR and administrative functions, and ensure smooth onboarding and vendor management.
Responsibilities:
Develop marketing materials, take photos, and design brochures to promote the company for sales, recruitment, and brand awareness.
Manage company social media accounts and support online campaigns.
Liaise with vendors for PPE, company cellphones, and SWAG.
Assist with recruiting tasks, onboarding new hires, and maintaining HR documentation.
Complete and submit expense reports in line with company policy.
Book and invoice training sessions for employees and clients.
Support other administrative tasks as required.
Skills Required:
1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or administration.
Post-secondary education in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic graphic design/photo editing tools.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional relationship-building and customer service skills.
Attention to detail and time management.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
