About the Role: This role will include a variety of marketing, administrative, and personal assistant tasks both in the office, off-site, and in our warehouse. You must have a valid driver\'s license. This role will include administrative duties such as emailing, proofreading, Invoicing clients for projects, social media scheduling, online community engagement, project management, market research, client communications, quoting, shipping and receiving, and order execution as well as communication with vendors and directly working with the CEO on daily needs. About you:

  • Can work independently once given direction
  • You enjoy getting off work early on Fridays. (We know who doesn\xe2\x80\x99t!)
Skills and Knowledge:
  • Expert knowledge of Gmail and Google Suite.
  • Familiarity with placing purchase orders and communicating with vendors.
  • Preparing and Scheduling shipments with couriers
  • Order quality assurance experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Organized and can schedule and monitor completion dates for projects
  • Can Ship and receive packages - Lift 20 LBs
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Solid problem-solving skills along with the ability to work independently
  • Manage a production schedule
  • Online Store and E-commerce management
  • Is well versed with social platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest
  • Other duties as assigned
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15 per week Salary: $16.00-$19.00 per hour Benefits:
