Position Overview
We're looking for an
Account Coordinator
to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone early in their marketing career who's organized, proactive, and thrives in a team environment. You'll support the Account Director and Account Manager across a range of client accounts, helping to ensure projects are moving forward smoothly and staying aligned with client goals. This is a hands-on, client-facing role that requires strong communication skills and an eagerness to learn.
What You'll Do
Support the account team with day-to-day coordination of client projects
Track timelines, deliverables, and approvals to keep things running on schedule
Join client meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items
Assist with preparing client presentations, briefs, and reporting
Support the review cycle by organizing and sharing creative and copy for feedback
Coordinate with internal teams to gather updates and keep communication flowing
Contribute ideas and support during brainstorms, strategy sessions, and campaign planning
Stay on top of industry trends and help research competitors and markets
Attend and support at shoots, events, and client engagements as/if needed
Who You Are
A clear communicator with strong organizational skills
Comfortable in a client-facing role, even if you're still gaining confidence
Detail-oriented and proactive -- you catch things before they become issues
A natural collaborator who thrives in a team culture
Curious about all aspects of marketing -- from strategy to social to execution
Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting -- staying organized, proactive, and responsive under pressure
What You Bring
1-2 years of experience in a marketing, advertising, or communications agency
A diploma or degree in marketing, communications, PR, or a related field
Working knowledge of project management tools and platforms is a bonus
Must be based in Alberta and able to travel occasionally for client meetings, shoots, and events if required
