Title: Senior Analyst, CX Solutions
Location: Remote Canada or U.S.
Reports to: Director, CX Solutions
The Role: You will support a cross functional team within CX Solutions for our customer satisfaction survey research based business. The primary duties of the Senior Analyst will be to work with internal CX Solutions stakeholders and automotive client CX team to help prioritize CX initiatives, gather CX platform requirements, and advise the client on J.D. Power CX best practices. You will work closely with the CX Solutions and Data Science teams as-needed, to ensure studies are designed to maintain scientific integrity.
The Impact: The Senior Analyst will interface mainly with the automotive client CX team, receiving and executing on ad hoc analysis requests, and ensuring CX platform requirements are received from the client complete and on time. You are expected to be a self-starter who can work without close supervision, but are expected to receive guidance as-needed, from the CX Solutions project team.
