We are seeking a highly organized and technically skilled

Manufacturing Technician

to work within our 3D Printing and Milling Teams in a fast-paced dental laboratory environment. As a full-service dental lab, we are committed to transforming smiles through cutting-edge technology and exceptional craftsmanship. This full-time role is ideal for someone who remains calm under pressure, adjusts easily to changing schedules, and is driven by quality, precision, and continuous improvement.

This position is currently scheduled for

11:30 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.

, Monday to Friday. Hours may vary based on production needs, so flexibility is required.

Key Responsibilities:



Operate and maintain 3D printing and milling equipment (e.g., Asiga, Carbon, Roland) to produce high-quality dental components. Prepare, load, and monitor print and milling jobs according to digital designs and established SOPs. Inspect finished parts for accuracy, surface quality, and consistency, ensuring adherence to design and material standards. Troubleshoot minor equipment or software issues and report recurring problems to maintenance or management. Collaborate with other technicians, designers, and departments to ensure smooth case flow and meet production deadlines.

Ideal Candidate:



Hands-on experience operating 3D printing and/or milling equipment (Asiga, Carbon, Roland) in a manufacturing or dental lab setting. Familiarity with dental CAD/CAM software (3Shape, Exocad, MillBox, etc.) or similar digital manufacturing tools. Mechanically inclined and eager to learn new machines, materials, and digital workflows. Detail-oriented with strong quality awareness and pride in craftsmanship. Reliable and adaptable, able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Effective communicator and strong team player with a positive, collaborative attitude. Proactive mindset with an interest in improving efficiency and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
