About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced

Production Manufacturing Supervisor

to lead day-to-day CNC machining operations. You'll oversee production scheduling, workforce planning, and coordination with other departments to ensure efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery. This role combines hands-on shop floor leadership with a focus on process improvement, safety, and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily operations in the CNC machining department. Plan and manage production schedules to meet delivery deadlines. Coordinate workforce planning, shift coverage, and task assignments. Ensure safety, quality, and policy compliance across all activities. Monitor performance metrics and take corrective actions when needed. Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Production Control to address priorities. Support onboarding, training, and skill development of machinists. Lead process improvement and efficiency initiatives. Manage timekeeping, payroll approvals, and reporting. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

5+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing, preferably CNC machining. Strong understanding of machining processes, scheduling, and workflow management. Skilled in interpreting technical drawings and using precision measuring tools. Proven leadership, coaching, and communication skills. Experience with ISO 9001, AS9100, or NADCAP standards (asset).
