We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Operator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring manufacturing equipment, ensuring production processes run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities

Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure optimal performance. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment as needed. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Document production data accurately and report any discrepancies. Assist in training new operators on equipment operation and safety procedures.

Skills

Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to operate various types of machinery. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Familiarity with safety regulations in a manufacturing setting is preferred. Previous experience in manufacturing or production environments is a plus. Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
