We are growing rapidly and seeking a dedicated

Manufacturing Operator

to join our team and contribute to the operation of our innovative production processes.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment, mobile equipment and processes in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs). Ensure production targets are met while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency. Perform routine equipment checks, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Record and report operational data, including material usage, process parameters, and output quantities. Follow safety protocols and participate in continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with engineers and other operators to optimize process performance.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary technical training preferred). Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial production environment. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Familiarity with process control systems and industrial safety standards. Ability to work rotating shifts or extended hours when required. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.75-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
